Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Risk and Title: Ownership and risk of goods pass to you at the delivery address provided, at the time of delivery.


  • Delivery Time Frames: Delivery times are estimated and may vary, especially for big and heavy items.


  • Free Delivery Exclusions: Free delivery does not apply to big or heavy items (e.g., cots, nursery chairs, drawers), gift cards, hire services, on demand delivery service, remote areas and marketplace products.


  • Peak Times: During high-demand periods (e.g., promotions, Easter, Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, and public holidays), there may be delays in dispatch and delivery.


  • Delivery Restrictions: Delivery is not available to PO Boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers, farms, or cattle stations.


  • On-Demand Delivery: Available from select Baby Bunting stores for eligible goods. Exclusions apply, and orders must be placed before cut-off times.


  • Eligible Items: On-demand delivery applies only to items marked with 'Delivery by Baby Bunting' in cart. It excludes marketplace items, Click and Collect, Gift Cards, Multiboxes, and Big & Bulky items.


  • Delivery Area: On-demand delivery is available only if your shipping address is within 15 km of the closest store. Eligible areas will be shown at checkout.


  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Same day, scheduled, or standard delivery may be unavailable due to factors like flooding, store outages, or unavailable delivery timeslots.


  • Minimum Spend: A minimum spend of $10 (after rewards or coupons) is required for on-demand delivery.


  • Delivery Restrictions: On-demand delivery cannot be used for an item over 20 kg or the combined volume of all products is over 2m³, or the combined total weight is over 160 kg.


  • On Demand Authority to Leave (ATL): For carts under $250, ATL is available for on demand delivery. You may need to provide a PIN from a confirmation SMS or email if ATL is not chosen. ATL is not available for carts over $250 or commercial addresses.


  • Dispatch Time: Baby Bunting aims to dispatch goods within 24 to 48 business hours, though this may vary. Check shipping and tracking information for estimated delivery times once dispatched.


  • Confirmation Email: A confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to you once your goods are on their way.


  • Unattended Delivery: If an ATL was not provided and your premises are unattended and there is no safe place for delivery, the courier may return the goods to their depot, a local post office, or a Baby Bunting store. Delivery updates will be sent via email or SMS. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.


  • Delivery Assistance: couriers will not place goods inside your address. Arrange for help to move items, especially bulky ones, and be aware of any building or community rules that may affect delivery. If that occurs, the courier will be guided by any building management policies in place at the delivery address you have nominated.  


  • Address Accuracy: Verify your delivery address before placing your order, as redirection is not possible once the goods are dispatched.
